To the right of the video should be a box labeled embed, just under the url box. Just copy & paste that.

Thus < bunch of code > becomes:

Whee, this I can do! So, at YouTube you see that little field that says 'EMBED' and you copy that. Then you come over to LJ, do your usual update LJ and at the top of the box where you type in your post there's a little icon that says 'embed media'. Click on that and a little window will pop up. You paste the code from YouTube in there, click OK, and you're done!
